3-Step rewind is for almost anyone* who has difficult feelings attached to an event, or series of events and would like to shift those feelings. It will help you to feel differently about those events, without forgetting them.
This course contains videos and questions to guide you through a 3-step rewind. It will take 30 mins to an hour to complete the process and then you will be asked to check in after a week to note the changes that have occurred. This will only take a minute.
*Not recommended for those who have trauma connected with disassociating and feel anxious about disassociating, or who are under mental health services for personality disorders or psychosis.
